Grilled cheese is an American comfort food classic that is celebrated annually April 12.

Yes, they are deliciously amazing on their own but, we're going to get a bit creative with a secret ingredient!

Typically the most popular additions to a grilled cheese sandwich are bacon, ham, and tomato, but why not take it a step further? With Cady Creek Farms Rosemary Gouda you can make the most delectable grilled cheese!

The delicious combination of fresh rosemary and buttery, gooey gouda creates a burst of flavors😁


Rosemary Gouda Grilled Cheese Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup shredded Cady Creek Farms Rosemary Gouda

  • 2 tbsp softened butter

  • 2 slices of sourdough

Instructions

  • Prepare and cook the egg to your liking. Can't go wrong with a delicious runny yolk!

  • Spread butter onto both slices of sourdough (optional)

  • With a little butter in the pan, heat one slice on med-low heat and top with the gouda and caramelized onions.

  • Top with the cooked egg and other slice of sourdough, flip once the cheese starts to melt.

  • Remove from heat when both sides are golden brown.

Now enjoy the most mouth watering, bursting with flavor bite of a grilled cheese you've ever had!
